Sale of fresh meats is complicated, especially Beef. There are so many cuts in such large quantities. We don't have a brick and mortar store (Yet!!).

Therefore the most efficient practice for us is to sell the cow before it is slaughtered to ensure there is no waste.

Follow the information below before purchase:

DESCRIPTION

Instructions to purchase and receive your beef:

1. Choose your share volume.
2.
Pay the initial deposit online.
3. Start making space in your freezer.
4. Once the Cow has been sold entirely, we will notify you of the expected delivery date.
5. To ensure the best quality meat, we hang our beef for 28 days.
6. The carcass will then be butchered, packaged and the remaining balance will then be calculated via the weights of each cut and you will be notified prior to delivery.
7. Payment of the remaining balance will need to be settled either by cash/bank transfer on delivery/collection or via Klarna.
8. Once you have received your beef, we suggest freezing that which you don't intend to consume within the next 5 days.

Understand that estimate prices are subject to change depending on the weight of the cut in the boxes. The bulk discounts will still apply. 

DEPOSITS WILL ONLY BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORDER BEING MADE.
